The journey of The Satya Group began in 1996 with a clear and simple belief—to build businesses based on honesty, quality, and long-term commitment. What started as a focused effort gradually grew into a diversified group, shaped by experience, discipline, and strong values. Over the years, the Group expanded its presence across manufacturing, packaging, and education, always staying rooted in ethical practices and responsible growth. A key milestone in this journey came in 2012 with the establishment of Satya Metal Industries. This marked the Group’s focused entry into aluminium extrusion manufacturing, driven by a vision to deliver reliable, high-quality solutions to a growing industrial market. From the very beginning, Satya Metal Industries was built on precision, consistency, and a deep understanding of customer requirements. Today, with two dedicated manufacturing units, Satya Metal Industries continues to strengthen its capabilities through advanced processes, skilled people, and a firm commitment to quality at every stage. We have an installed production capacity of 25,000+ MT per year, enabling us to meet diverse and large-scale aluminium extrusion requirements with consistency and reliability.
Our manufacturing infrastructure includes five extrusion presses— 5-inch presses, 9-inch press, 4-inch press—supported by 5 Melting furnaces and a homogenizing furnace to ensure uniform quality and metallurgical precision. We are equipped with a high-tech in-house laboratory for quality testing, along with a fully integrated in-house die manufacturing and tool room featuring VMC machines, wire-cut EDM, and EDM machines. To offer end-to-end solutions, our facilities also include powder coating, anodizing, and fabrication units, allowing us to deliver finished aluminium extrusion products under one roof.
